That CD and the Instant Radio Station package is still being sold by Dan O’Day and I’d imagine that it’s out of scope for this forum. The price is high and Mr. O’Day is known to protect his copyright.

The two requests that I made seem to no longer be sold by Dan O'Day. However, if no one is able to provide it, then it's completely OK.
