Looks like it was deliberately made to sound like the theme from Mission Impossible. The track is probably called Mission Impossible or a pun on that.
I've noticed a fad in production music where some tracks are made to be deliberate soundalikes of popular themes. (e.g., DeWolfe Music spoofing the theme from The X-Files and calling it "The UFO Files"). I bet if you feed all the track titles from library albums made shortly before the time of your program into AI and ask it to isolate something that could be a Mission Impossible soundalike just based on the title alone, you'll probably find it very quickly.
