Hi, I need help identifying this song!

Not sure what genre this song might be or what year it might be from, but this feels like it might be some 1970's song, or possibly older. All I know is this song was sampled in some completely random song called either "Snow Day" or "Snowy Day" from FTL presents Latin All Stars, which I tried to research in hopes of finding the original song they sampled, but I couldn't find it. I really need your help here!
