Track IDs / Long Shot

I thought the mystery was solved when I contacted NFL Films to ID the track in the link here. They often have cue sheets on hand for their shows and were nice enough to research this track as best they could. Unfortunately, the sheet was incomplete and the two possible tracks were not this one. If anyone has a keen ear and a memory like an elephant, maybe someone will recognize it. I want to thank anyone in advance that might unravel this one. The track starts 40 seconds into the video:
