Modern Library Vinyl and CD rips - 1990s and Beyond / Re: OGM - Ole Georg Music

The earlier releases, which are CD releases of Capitol LPs, are the best in my opinion. There is some orchestral and instrumental group music here before the electronic stuff begins to take over. Also the Gold Line (vintage recordings) is definitely worth a go.
Thank you Swingalong. You’re spot on in understanding my musical taste. I do find the introduction of electronic instruments tended to produce rather similar sounding music. But that’s just my opinion. I’ll certainly take up your recommendation and give the Gold Line a listen.

Hello, OGM! Greetings from Indonesia! ;)

Hello! Awesome to hear from OGM fans from all around the world
Me too, i've been a fan of OGM ever since 2022 or 2023. :D

OGM has also been used in Indonesia in around 1990s, which is the country i live in and i was born in 2002, in which i've heard some of it on YouTube.

Thanks for the OGM shares BWP. There are one or two interesting albums here. Though I have to say I don't share the enthusiasm for OGM that other members do. Much of it is pleasant to listen to but not outstanding IMO.

Me too! I like the CD releases of Capitol LPs. I agree with you, but i like both the Professional and Premium ones in my opinion. :D

Apologies for the necro-post, I would just like to inform the people who were following this the last time I posted.

Track 12, Talking Birds, is actually Good Mood, composed by Dominique Guiot, off of MCT 509 "Leisure", a 1989-vintage album. This also produced 2 tracks on LGFG1.

Alright, given that someone uploaded the MCT Library, I would like to note the following:
It is HIGHLY LIKELY that PW 86 and DDLX 179 were not used - rather, MCT 513 "Made in Sax" was... my reason for saying this? Slow Love is on MCT513 as "Sax Love",  as is the title track "Made in Sax".

I have updated my own listing to reflect this observation.

Thank you very much for that drive! I will be taking a look through this all some time soon, and put back in this thread if there are any tracks among the MCT library.

Upd: There were! Not every track I was looking for was here, but even what I have found is better than nothing! Much thanks! I'll be coming back around with another request soon, hoping that will be the one to make things right with LGFG1.
