Does anyone know what used Reach for the Stars by Richard Harvey besides those Disney trailers, SpongeBob, Ren and Stimpy, Rocko’s Modern Life, etc.?

Not 100% sure but sounds familiar. Think it was used in one or more Warner Home Video trailers but can’t remember which ones mainly around 1:54 into the tune. That’s gonna bug me now

Kid Stuff Records/Kid Stuff Kid Vid made several "See & Read" stories featuring the DC Comics superhero characters, and they all used it as the intro music:
