Sharing my favourite collection of cop show themes. It may be fairly well-known. It deserves a proper remastering. It has been released on CD, but that's a long time ago. I actually have it in three different pressings, and this is the best one imo, American on Mercury. I even have it on cassette! Funky big band blowing the house down, just like Syd Dale's band on BMPPS 1001. It stands up well compared to the Ray Davies Orchestra's "Flashpoint" and "Firedog!" with the Button Down Brass.
