Title: Identify name from Sound Ideas track

I need to identify the name of this track by Sound Ideas. It was played in an episode of the Brazilian soap opera "Rainha da Sucata" (TV Globo 1990) and also in several TV Manchete promos in the 1990s.

There's another unknown track from Sound Ideas. Craig Austin is composer. It is also from the original line-up (pre-1994).
