Title: Unknown Music used in CNN ident from 1989 and also a Canal+ Brasil ident too

Hi there! I've tried asking a server about this before but never got an answer unfortunately, so now I'm attempting to ask this forum!

I assumed the music used in both of these was stock knowing the fact both sources use the same music and it feels like stock. If anyone knows the music, please let me know!
