Title: What is this Fanfare?

Hi all
Does anyone know which library this Fanfare is from, apologies for the DJ talking over it. Could possibly be KPM or DeWolfe, have searched but to no joy.

It's the last couple of bars of the theme from In Melbourne Tonight, an arrangement of the song 'Gee But You're Swell' - not sure who did it, but I think it was a special recording for the series
