DW 2712 - Frans Mijts Progressive Dance Orchestra (1961)
Got hold of this WAV rip just this morning from a guy in France that I deal with on occasion. I've been looking for the specific track on this record titled 'Skirmish' for the longest time, as it appears in a couple NFL Films programs from 1968. Anyway, just passing along the full record for everyone here - enjoy!

Thank you.
Any idea on the composers?

The actual composer would be Frank Rothman - Frans Mijts was an alias that he used -- https://www.discogs.com/artist/2671940-The-Frank-Rothman-Progressive-Dance-Orchestra (https://www.discogs.com/artist/2671940-The-Frank-Rothman-Progressive-Dance-Orchestra)

Thank you! I didn't even know this one existed.

The other way around, actually - Frans Mijts was one of the handful of Hilversum-ites that did work for De Wolfe. Like Jan Stoeckart ("Jack Trombey"), he opted for a more British-sounding name for most of his work there.

Thank you, cesser!

Thanks Mr - I probably knew that, but somewhere along the line I flip-flopped them in my brain :)

Thank you cesser000! :)

Wow, I'm surprised that original link went down since it was on one of my MEGA accounts. No worries though - here it is again ---- hxxps://mega.nz/#!dfxnzYRa!YJGSH59UQ3haoU1oErIswAQ_utKkWkI03f6Qc62_tIg

thanks for the re-upload.
I admit that the original link being down caught me by surprise, since it was a MEGA link. No issues with the new link - downloaded, unzipped, and listened to. (I think that track A2, BEDAZZLE, is my favorite of the 4 tracks.)

This rip has a lot of distortion in it. I looked at the waveform, and you can see the clipping. Is there any chance your French friend can rip it again, with the gain not so high? ;D
