I was wondering if anyone here could point me in the direction of some interesting organ music, preferably something more or less experimental/strange (or cheesy), like these:
Cincinnato: Atmosfere e Sensazioni (Usignolo UST 334, 1980)
Fernando Cazzato Mainardi: Selinunte (Grifo Records GR 513, 1970)
Fernando Cazzato Mainardi: 4 Organi (Broadway International BW 3035, 1973)
Franco Potenza: Vita e lavoro nell'acqua (Grand Prix GP 151, 1970)
Gene Moore: Carnival of Souls (1962)
Gian Paolo Chiti & Sergio Montori: Risoluzioni Sonore (Lupus Records LUS 226)
Marie-Claude Robert: Industries (Editions Montparnasse 2000 MP 20, 1973)
Lesiman & Raskovich: Informale N. 1 (Lupus Records LUS 210, 1971)

You've got the 'good' ones, but I feel Martin Doran's "Electric Organ Showcase" (DW/LP 3240) would fit this list nicely. Maybe "Jacky Giordano Organ Plus" (IM 26), too. Though less in the "experimental/strange" camp, there are a good handful of nice acoustic organ LPs out there as well.
"Selinunte" really took me by surprise.
Never heard the Carnival of Souls score, but the title sounds familiar:

Thanks for the references, Mr! Listening to "Electric Organ Showcase" right now; very enjoyable.
By the way, the organ pieces (by A.R. Luciani and Giuliano Sorgini) on this album are pretty good too
Trio Di Roberto Pregadio: Piano + Organo + Spinetta = "Roberto Pregadio" (Wild Cat MW-110, 1970).

great to see Informale and Selinunte in your list! with Selinunte you have picked one of my favourite italian library records. one stone cold oddity if you ask me. if anyone is interested, i got a spare vinyl copy but without cover...
some good hammond can be found spread over the I marc 4 catalogue that i was diving into over the past days.
also some fine ripe cheese on that Complesso "Iron Stars" album on Radio. you can hear a sample over at boxes of toys: https://soundcloud.com/gianni-aka-cesare-b/iron-stars-rr-121
if i may recommend you the biggest cheese that i know i would say it is the Willy Wall Trio record. this one is no library/OST though...

also there is KPM 1027 (Soul Organ Showcase) but i am sure you know this one already...
-
Thanks, milliondollars. The "Iron Stars" track on SoundCloud sounds great; that album seems a little difficult to get hold of though. Willy Wally is fun too.
Another example of good (non-experimental) organ music – Earl Grant's "Theme from Exodus" (from 2:45 where the organ comes in):

Very nice, yes!

Larry Young – Unity ( 1966 ) ( jazz ) one absolute favorite ( and my favorite album with leader organ )
-
Some lovely organ pieces on Fasce in colore by Awake (Oronzo de Filippi), one of the best experimental records I've heard (with a great cover, too).
-
Thanks to everyone for all the excellent recommendations ITT, by the way!
-
Great organ-based instrumentals on this album from Grand Prix, now reissued digitally by Edizioni Leonardi!

The Prisoner (1967) soundtrack had some good organ music.

This isn't really library, even though the compositions featured on this German album are under a publisher that published many library tracks (Brilliant Musik), but it has some great organ:
