Hello friends, I have a new mysterious track for the experts, from a candid camera show.

I assume that this is from some music catalogue since the show used lots of Bruton and Chappell music, but I can't find this one.
The only time indication I have - it's prior to 1995!

Bruton/UPM usually has a fingerprint to identify the source. Many of the older vinyl Chappell releases have not yet been digitised and that makes finding a track difficult but not impossible.
