Title: Unknown opening song of an old Brazilian cartoon

This unknown music is the opening theme of the Brazilian cartoon "Antunes e Bandeira" (1980). The background music of this production all came from Non-Library LP’s. But, the opening theme sounds to me like something that came from a Library Music record. Would anyone know what is the name of this song?

It's an arrangement of Raymond Scott's song "The Toy Trumpet". Aha Music Identifier reveals it's a performance by the Boston Pops Orchestra.
