Title: AM-recording ~1994, perhaps Trevor Bastow?

Recorded from AM-radio (BBC?) sometime around 1994. I recently discovered Geoffrey and Trevor Bastows library music on Music House (Digital Pictures, New Look, Sight & Sound) and it kind of sounds similar to Trevor Bastow - Fast Forward (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BEtv7juwOaE) but I haven't been able to find it. Can anyone identify it?

I don't know the track and it's not recognised by track searches , most major labels material gets picked up these days. It could be a track from the Arcadia Cosmos production library , a lot of their tracks have been used and they don't get fingerprinted.

Thanks for the suggestion.  :) Yeah, unfortunately it doesn't turn up on Shazam / SoundHound or Youtube content match. I've checked out some of the "Music House"- records that doesn't seem to be available on audio streaming services, but no luck yet so far. Based on the "sound" I would guess this is from 1986-1990 or so.
