A few things to add:

Apparently, there seem to be alternatives or variations of the dramatic melody that plays in "El ratero de la vecindad (1974)".

In a Mexican radio soap opera from the 70s called Kaliman, they used a fragment of the melody, specifically from 1:05 to 1:54.

Also, yesterday, a YouTube user named Josue_pro291 uploaded almost the entire fragment of that melody. To this day, the name and origin of the soundtrack are still unknown.
