I looked for Jerzy Milian's music on 7digital, and it seems that very little has ever been released in flac format. I suspect if you want this in lossless you may need to contact the record company in Poland.

There are a lot of Milian’s albums, including Cutting, available for FLAC download on Bandcamp.
