Title: What is the name of the song from the NTV in Cuba?

Hello. I’m looking for the name of the NTV (Noticiero Nacional de la Televisión) in Cuba. While I’ve seen YouTube comments saying that it’s from a German beer festival, I cannot find any info about it online. I’ve also heard that it’s composed by Leo Brouwer.
