Title: Unknown WCFT news theme

This is a production music theme used by WCFT in Alabama, KTWO in Wyoming, and WPBN in Michigan. According to the News Music Search Archive, this is a library track, but even they don't know what it is! Can someone help me identify this song from these stations?

A friend of mine has this CD, so he shared it with me.

Track Name World Drama

The composer field says Yuponce/DeVorzon/Hazard.

I've specifically discussed the difference between Fisstcom record numbers with and without a B.
