Title: Full track from "Previsão do Tempo" from TV TEM (Globo affiliate)

I'm looking for the full version of this track that was used in the "Previsão do Tempo" (Weather Forecast) on the news programs on TV TEM, a TV Globo affiliate in the interior of the state of São Paulo.

Apparently it's a Sound Ideas track.
