Nice. Didn't have this one.
Thank you BWP.
-
That will upgrade some of my RT comp
Thanks BWP
-
I love the RT one. I am putting the tracks that are not on the RT one, but on this one, on my RT one (lol)
Thanks for the upload. Gonna see if all the tracks are there now to make it complete!!
-
The missing ones were cos I didn’t have the records or rips of them at the time. I bet it was 128kbps too! Those were the days.

If you happen to have rips of the albums that the missing tracks were on, they would be well appreciated on my HD *Kisses*

I have a list somewhere of the cues. I’ll try and find it.

Thanks for this. Monty Python and the Holy Grail was my favorite movie when I was a teen. I had a copy that I dubbed from a rental VHS. I remember seeing "Music by De Wolfe" in the credits, but I thought they were a band. Now that I'm into De Wolfe, I don't think I have heard any of the albums these tracks came from. It was a fun listen.
-
Essential listening for even the most superficial of Python fans. Thanks Blackwatch!
I've heard the Python soundtrack again after several years.
Now I'm inspired to begin my own Quest.
It's 1.30am, the perfect time to wander through my neighborhood hunting Killer Rabbits!
After all, what could go wrong? ::)

Sorry for bothering, could some generous soul re-up this, perhaps on mega, so that it doesn't expire as on that pesky zippshare?
many thanks in advance

Thank you very much for this. I remember finding "Homeward Bound" randomly and loving it.
-
One million thanks oliverino, very kind of you.
This film really left a mark, in many ways.
I can remember the funny opening titles reading songs by Neil Innes, additional music by De Wolfe. Brings back such good memories!
-
Thank you Oliverino
-
If possible could someone reupload this De Wolfe - Monty Python?
-
Here you go - thanks to BlackwatchPlaid for the original post.

Many thanks GradyTate for uploading again!
-
Thanks for the share GradyTate. It helps to upgrade tracks I have on an mp3 version I downloaded from Retro-Teque's website a good 10+ years ago.

Hey, nidostar I didn’t know you’d been around that long.
-
Thanks for this!
Does anyone know more about the release? There is no catalogue number in the tags, I cannot find it on fucking dscgs, and de Wolfe link (https://www.dewolfemusic.com/page/python_50 (https://www.dewolfemusic.com/page/python_50)) to Spotify without stating a catalogue number or anything really. Same for Spotify themselves.

I've been sitting quietly in the corner, watching.....!! :D

I've got a flac copy of that I believe I got from here sometime in that last year.

Thanks potzorbie!

There are two different releases aren’t there? TV comp which I have as a physical CD I think and the Holy Grail which I think might have just been a digital release?
-
Yes, they aren't the same albums. The Holy Grail release features just tracks from the movie including Homeward Bound by Jack Trombey which at one time, I think, was proving hard to come by. Notice also that the Holy Grail compilation does not include the infamous Liberty Bell.
-
One is a soundtrack to Holy Grail, the other is just the tv show.
-
Thank you so much
