Hello, Administrator.
After my search
Happy Records has been subsequently reorganized
The album was re-released
The album numbers have changed, but not the titles.
You can hear the reissue here
I don't know if the album you're looking for is one of these reissues.
For example, HR2282 Petit Serenade, HR2266 Concerto D'Amore, I don't know if it's the same album as the one you're talking about, but if it is, I'll lend you my account so you can download it yourself.

Yes, it will be those- THANK YOU
That will be really helpful!

YinZi,
Thank you for putting us onto these albums on the Upright Music website.
Could I also ask if it's possible for you to supply HR 2261 - Romantic Area 1 in lossless?
htxxs://search.upright-music.dk/track/4c2a9f61-db38-4ac7-aecc-d4a9ed64dd9e?redirect=album
This would help tremendously in regard to another Happy Records album that's not available on Upright Music.
Also, some of the HR Tapes titles are of interest, as well. I need to have a proper look through to determine which, but HR Tapes 003 - Make Friends would be a good starter.
Edit: Could you also supply these:-
HR TAPES 006 - Don't Stop Now
HR TAPES 014 - Fred Forster Welcomes You
HR TAPES 021 - Velvet Piano
HR TAPES 026 - Swing The Dixie
Thank you, very much for any help.

I am providing the administrator with an official Happy Records website.
If the administrator can log in and download it, I think he'll be able to help you.

It is still available as CD at Josef Weinberger Musikverlage:

I had a look to my folder Retro, but I think I don't have any more lossless to provide.
But I would be interested in a few myself, if you have the chance to download them (in that case, many thanks to ChunYinZi).

I think you're an administrator, too.
You can share an account with Retronic. You can chat with him privately.
He'll explain how to use it.

Greetings
This version only seems to have one of the tracks I'm looking for.
Edit: It's academical now, as Retronic has supplied the title I wanted.
-
It's not the Upright Music site I can use- it's Ring Musik, so HR Tapes not there I'm afraid.

Thanks for this one! That's helped a fair bit in upgrading one of my favourite HR titles. ;)

OK. Thanks anyway. :)

Yeah, thanks for that, Greta. There's no hurry, though. :)

The files I have are differently cataloged.
I suppose it's because they come from a different site? I got them from a friend years ago but I don't know where he took them from.
Anyways, here they are.
Keep in mind these correspondences:
003 -> 6002/6003
006 -> 6006/6007/6008
014 -> 6018/6019
021 -> 6024/6025/6026
026 -> 6032/6033
Enjoy.

Thanks for these Greta. Much appreciated. I'm curious about the numbering used with these ones, and where they came from.

Thank you for these shares John_Fred, Retro and Greta. This is my sort of music. Superb. So are these HRT tracks digitised versions of tracks originally released on tape? I note that many were subsequently released on Happy Records LPs and I presume CDs as well as on albums in the Golden Ring series.
-
Very cool, thanks to all. :)

I see Happy Records are tagging their music with "Ring Musik" as the performer instead of the original orchestra or band name. This is a very unfortunate practice, and I've noticed it with APM too.

Though in most cases one can get the performer details from Discogs. But I agree it's a drag.

I can kind of see why they do this, but it doesn't help when trying to cross reference tracks if the only details are of the composer/artist rather than the orchestra/band which the track is performed by. Some are easy to work out, obviously, whereas others can be quite nebulous, particularly if they're a pseudonym or alias of some kind. We do get a little bit of help thanks to the, 'Composers & Artists', section on here, but even so, there's a fair number that can often come up blank as to who the performers of pieces are.

I must admit to being a bit obsessive about tagging but I've avoided raising the subject here as everyone has their preferred style of tagging. Personally I try to put the performers under Artist and the composer under Composer. That generally works well until you get to library music where the performer is often uncredited. Consequently I've got loads of tracks credited to "Various Artists"!! :) :)
