I just recently got the 2019 vinyl reissue of this enchanting album. For those interested here's a nice clean rip.

This should be regarded as a library album, as it was re-released on the Auvidis label. It is listed here:

Guiot made a lot of library music for other French labels too.

The LP appears like a normal album. On Discogs it is not even listed in the genre Stage&Screen and the label itself is not declared as a production music label. The music is nice and I'm happy when I learn something new. Thanks Scotch111 ;)

The record is indeed a french library release.
Released by Chigaco 2000 (900 154) and Auvidis (AV 4160), two tightly related labels.
