musictheorist had previously identified "Auturbine" by John Fiddy [BRL 1/BRI 3] playing at 4:14.
Also, I've identified the last two tracks that play in the sampler as "Venus Probe" by John Cameron from BRI 9 "Suspensions/Galaxy" and "Prelude and Phew" by John Fiddy from BRP 1 "Baroque Ensemble".
