I have been looking for this track for a very long time now and have asked about it before on the forum.

I am guessing it is from the 90s. Could it be from Sound Ideas?

Someone told me it is most likely royalty free but I think it could also not be.

I have searched through a lot of libraries and have even tried using the fingerprinter but have had no matches.

I could really use some help identifying it.

Sorry, doesn't sound familiar. I tried to ID it with Shazam but to no avail.
