In case anyone's interested. Here's Frank Mantis - Open Up
I just did a very clean 24bit rip of this record. I don't have a ton of actual library music on vinyl, but I work as a recording engineer and will transfer the records I do have with a nice turntable setup and Burl ADC. I love this group and really appreciate all of the sharing that goes on here. Cheers!

Hi scotch,
thanks for your shares.
I'm not a sound engineer and I'm far to be even familiar with such things.
But I have a question, with all possible humility, to try an understanding.
Watching the waveforms of your files, I noticed something strange.
The peaks of the waveforms (high and low), mostly of the right channel, are cut off.
Shouldn't they be all there? Maybe too much volume?
I would like to understand and learn.
Here I attach a screenshot of a track from the Happy Records and one from the previously shared CAM.
Thanks for any possible explanation you could give.

Thanks for catching that. The peaks on the right channel are shaved off. I'll have to check my phono stage to see why that happened. I'll reshare these once that's resolved.

Woupss..
I hope that it'll not be a too severe issue.

Mate, even with the peaks and that's not a biggie in this case indeed. Thank you for your job. I am SO HAPPY see members who appreciate the quality of the recording and care about the ears of the others. Thank you!
