This is the radiotheme of the former programme "Tussen start en finish" on Dutch radio between the 40's and the 80's, broadcasted by the VARA. Do you know the titel and who played this? I was told it's from the famous Paxton-label. Please leave a message. Thanks in advance.

This cue in this intro is actually a cue named "Pleasure Parade" by William Mackane (PR.642). I uploaded a video about it on my channel long ago.
