Hello everyone,
here is "Musiche per Moviola N. 2".
It is in the same style as N. 1, but also features tracks from other composers in addition to Franco Potenza.
Slow rhythms, static melodies, dreamlike atmospheres and more. "Basebeat" by Ugo Fusco is quite different from the other tracks.
It has never been reissued by Leonardi, unlike the first volume.
Enjoy!
[Grifo Records] GR 518 - Musiche per Moviola N. 2 - music by Franco Potenza, Fernando Mainardi, Alessandro Nadin, Ugo Fusco

Nice one! Thanks for your share, Rocco.

The first tracks by Potenza remind me at times of Eden Ahbez, ghostly Farfisa, eerie harp, and angelic chorus.
Can see these being synced into some science and nature documentaries about ancient civilizations. Passeggiando is a surprise, love it.
Glad I made space to listen to it. Many thanks for this one Rocco!

Fantastic!! Thank you!!!

... and I thought Moviola were a sort of very sophisticated mechanical musical instrument. Great atmospheres here! Perfect for a hot late afternoon.
Thanks also to Fuzi for the Ahbez tip!

Many thanks Rocco ...😀😀🎸

Thank you Rocco for yet another surprise.
I was curious about Moviola N.2, as it often happens when you've heard a vol.1 of something..
And it isn't disappointing at all to me.
I like the gloomy atmosphere of some of the tracks. And I always loved the sound of the barrel organ (is that on "Pastorizia"?), well, it catapults me back in time when I was a child (and I don't know why!!)

I love this one...compared to the first Moviola this is a completely different affair...don't get me wrong, the first one was really good on its own terms...but this one pushes all the right buttons for me...thanks you very much Rocco!

Sadly, I haven't heard Moviola N°1

Thank you!
And thanks to Baobab for posting No. 1, but in all due respect, No. 2 is HEAD AND SHOULDERS better than No.1!
