Title: BBC ONE Transmission Fault music (2000)

I know here are some BBC music buffs on LMT.
I just had KFC and, yep, this is what I do, watched British TV fault/please stand by videos.

There is one track that tickled my "Hey, sounds nice" nerves.
It's at 20:18.

Obviously, this must be from 2000 and earlier. Does anyone know it or even able to share?

I'm not sure which album the version used in your video is from, but the earliest is ATMOS 038
