The only website where you can check out the library is nichion (nslibrary) in Japan.

And you can only hear and extract MP3 128KBS sound quality

Another news is that all the songs of power house have been bought by SOUND IDEAS. At present, all the songs of POWER HOUSE are in the five albums of MIX043--MIX047. You can listen to them below

A bit nit-picking but they are LAME V5, which means they go up to 150 kBit/s if there are higher frequencies (e.g. hi-hats) going on. They are actually surprisingly enjoyable despite those low bitrates.
