Multimedia-Dienst was a small German label run by Peter Baldauf who released the "Gemafreie Musik" series between 2004-2009. The whole set consisted of 63 volumes housed in 40 DVD boxes (CD-R format) and was availabe on his now defunct website gemafrei-sound.de. Almost all of the music was composed by Johannes Kayser (himself owner of Kayser Medienverlag which is one of the largest German "GEMA-free" labels). The set covers the whole spectrum of music intended for use in film, broadcast, radio, etc. (Multimedia, Backgrounds, Seasons, Nature sounds, Classics, Industry, Lifestyle, etc...) and has a modern, contemporary feel.

Hey Magenta,
are you sure the years are right? I mean, it's not difficult to create such sounds with the right equipment, but so many tracks sound way more early-to-mid 90s. And the covers surely do. Do you have any catalogue or anything? I contacted the guy himself a couple of weeks ago and he said that to his (C)1994 and 1995 albums, that they were from '86 to '88. Huh. But anything furter than that, he was not eager to respond to an interested person...
I can only add them to my collection when I can tag them properly, and I highly doubt that many of these are from 2009.
Was there any documentation with them?

The links don't work. Will you be able to repost them?
