I have a similar situation where some of the titles I have are in mp3 only. So, I'm constantly on the look out to upgrade whenever possible. I sometimes forget to credit those who originally upload titles which I've later supplied, mostly because I can't remember who it was. But, I think people do understand and accept that. The whole, 'share and share alike', thing gives a warm, fuzzy feeling inside! :D
Edit: I'm slightly confused by the JWV 402 being different to JW 402, though. I always thought titles stuck to the same number. But, apparently, one is electronica/Hair Raisers, whilst the vault one is They Came from Outer Space. 🤔

I agree with your comments John and as my aging mp3 copies are replaced by more and more FLAC’s I’m greatful to all those who have took the time to rip and upload. I can’t thank each one individually, particularly when a lot of the JW’s were shared here and posts lost due to the forum crash earlier in the year.
In regards the JW Vaults via APM, I’ve spotted they have renamed some of the early JW releases and given them entirely different titles but unlike some of the even earlier Impress releases they seem to have left all tracks on them. The Impress re-releases seem to either have tracks missing or as some others have discussed, the quality on the re-releases is not as good.

For some reason I have JW 407 as Flicks Own, which of course was originally released under the Impress label as IA 407, then later re-released as JW 472. Anyway, it seems that JW 407 is just a re-release of JW 397 as the track listings meet the original release which was originally a 10" album.
I'm still on the look out for IA 412 Merry Christmas which was later released as JW 477. If anyone has a copy squirreled away, I wouldn't mind a copy of that. I'm sure S4C used it for their testcard on their first year on air in December. Also, in a post further up, I've a handful of missing albums / FLAC upgrade requests. If anyone could help fill those gaps I'd be thankful - as would John_fred.

I get the same sort of feeling. There's a number of titles I've had in mp3 that have been upgraded of late, thanks to the generosity of others on this forum. ;)

Sound on Sound has an absolutely thought-invoking track on it: Electric Anthem.
I was browsing through the tracks and gave them an audition and this came up, it was the 3rd MEGA folder of unfortunately tracks that didn't hit the mark, and then bam!
At first I was like "Wow, this sounds like Miami Vice, when Crockett has to give up yet another love relationship and they have their last meeting on his boat before she walks into the sunset forever, making him the single VICE cop again" and I was downloading already when, after about 2 minutes, I started to think about my life and decisions.. Pondering where my school friends are and if I should've kept contact and if I meet them, with all their lives, if we still would be cool with each other and all that sort of things. I ... just wanted to thank you for this upload and LMT to exist.

Big thanks for these. I also had these CD's but as MP3's. So, with your updated FLAC's and a bit of copying about, I've recreated the original albums with their FLAC files, so well chuffed with those.
As for the classical range on JW, apart from the earlier ones which I presume you already have, I've never seen these either for sale or been shared here. For the completist in me, I'd like them too, but to be honest I'd probably never play them hence no requests from me. They may turn up one day and sure that if someone here has them, they would be happy to share.

Really see a lot with this magnificent JW/Programme Music/Impress, and it deserves a unique folder.
Well, there's already been a lot of discussion about uploading the whole library at once and closing down debates and curiosities about each LP, but it's a pleasure to see this whole Label in folders.

Ah. with JW 486, this along with quite a few were re-releases from Impress or Programme Music. So, that album in particular on my hard drive has a shortcut to the Impress folder and IA 421 which was the original release. So, if you come across any others like that in the JW range, then it's best to check the Impress or Programme Music folders.
