There's lots to be found if you look around - thankfully a lot of the music from this era has been digitized and is readily available from the various contemporary labels' websites.

General tip? Go to the Labels (https://librarymusicthemes.com/index.php?board=11.0) sub-forum and take a look at the list of releases for labels of the early CD era.
Searching for relevant terms might also give you a few leads, "Technology", "Industrial" and so on. The board's search engine is quite nice, it only lists result from the sub-forum you're in if you do the search from there.
