Is anyone here who can help to find any information about this track? Maybe someone heard this song before on any library? This is from 2000. I even don't know where i should look for it. I searched through a bunch of libraries and nothing....

This is more than likely a WCW produced AKA Hart and Helm made piece.

He has contacted them and they have stated it isn't one of theirs

can you provide the audio with better quality? youtube couldnt recognize it.
