The song is playing in two videos. The first is a epsiode of a brazilian animation "Barquinhos", by Video Brinquedo. Episode "A Mentira Perigosa", between 1:25 and 1:38. Here is the link:

Someone know the name of the track and the composer? I suppose it was produced by Sound Ideas, in the collection "The Mix Broadcast Music" or "Turner Music Libray".

Nothing I recognize, but Sound Ideas doesn't sound unlikely.

A clean version without the sound effects can be heard on the opening of this track, curiously:

Cool! I didn't know that was sampled by a mexican group. I will keep searching for the original album.
