This one should be an easy one to identify (although, I can't find it anywhere), since there are several 1970s library fans are here.

I had a feeling you'd know it!  ;) 

This track was used over and over in custom announcement trailers, made by Filmack of Chicago.  The particular film I recorded it from was an announcement about a local drive-in theatre's new radio sound system.
