Has this ever been shared in a 320 or Flac version. I have searched my library access, and this title isn't available on the UBM website.

It's not available on UBM's website, since it no longer belongs to UBM. The title, along with other "UBM 1xxx" CDs, is currently owned by Universal Production Music, who renamed the collection as Berlin Production Music (and the prefix as "BER") in early 2011:

To clarify, Buschkötter sold the original UBM library already in 2003 to BMG Music Publishing and then in the same year set up the UBM Media label (which owned the "UBM 2xxx" albums) which was initally distributed worldwide by BMG Music (later BMG/Zomba Production Music, which was acquired in 2007 by Universal Music Publishing): http://web.archive.org/web/20091026151833/http://www.ubm-media.com/Company/aboutus.aspx
