Looking for id to this Doris Wishman sexploitation film 'My Brother's Wife' (1966)
Very catchy uptempo jazzy rock'n'roll.
Using Shazam only brings up the movie title, not the artist and song title.
All of Doris Wishman's movies used library music of the day (mostly jazz & drama)
from KPM, Conroy, Chappell, Southern, ect.

That's "Teen Brawl" by Johnny Keating, originally recorded for the Impress library.
