Hi, Vslava. Your thread got me to thinking.

It's sad news, to hear of another Giant passing from this life. In this case, Jöel Vandroogenbroeck, innovative musical artist.

On the other hand, though I couldn't claim to know for sure, I believe that your thread celebrating the works of Joel V.D.B. is a sweet gesture. Part of me believes that JVDB, or anybody else for that matter, would be pleased with the thoughts that their creative works are continuing to circulate. His music is still being listened to, talked about, celebrated and fondly remembered. I know I'll be listening, later this evening.

For an artist, I can't imagine a better, more pleasing Memorial.

Thank you, Vslava!

Thank you, Vslava.

I've always loved Joel Vandroogenbroeck since the time of Brainticket.

Images Of Flute In Nature is one of my favourites. Thank you vslava for sharing the news, albeit bad, and the rips. Although undoubtedly sad for his friends and family, he has lived to a reasonable age and left behind him some marvellous music so I would like to think along the lines of Muff Diver and celebrate his music this evening.
