Do you guys know the name of this song? I think it's library...it sounds very familiar.

It may be commercial non-library music. Only saying that, because at 30 seconds in comes the intro of Tina Charles "Dance Little Lady Dance".

This song reminds me Lonnie Liston Smith, but I've never found it  :(

However, this TV channel used to have lots of library songs too.
