Title: 70s Library Funky Beat

It is an energetic track that builds up to a brass wah!
It must be either from a soundtrack or sourced from a production library disc.
This has stuck with me for the past 3 years :( , I have searched all compilations of the 90s that could include it, but not a single find.

That guitar intro definitely rings German bells, but the rest of the melodic development sounds really KPMish to me...
