Fun fact: Before the thread was set up I've managed to find the "Front Line" album on Sakura Notes' (they still distribute Kosinus in Japan) website: https://www.sakuranotes.jp/Disc1088.html

In fact, Sakura still has most of earliest Kosinus albums on their site (albeit without KOS 24, 33, 39): https://www.sakuranotes.jp/Label32.html
