Title: Help finding an unknown track

Hello everyone. For some time me and many other people have been searching the name and author of the song I'll post below. I'd like knowing if someone knows those information and also if someone has it in a better quality, because the version that I have is directly taken from a TV program of the 80's.

I would guess this is on one of the Capitol Media Music LPs, but it's not one I recognize.
