NFL Films Super Bowl XXVII doc, 1993. Both of these songs were used in the same doc. I tracked down the second one, from Sonoton. But don't know where the other one is from, it was also used in a wrestling promo - https://picosong.com/w8eGi/

The labels that the songs were used from in the doc were mostly from KPM, Atmosphere, Sonoton, Happy Records. Those were some of the songs that I could identify.
