I would bet this is either custom music, or, its from one of the modern day libraries (late 90's - current). It's purely electronic produced (as in one of the 5 string sample loops used from the Reason virtual synth program , the drum machines, etc to put it together) and recorded digitally, not analog.  I'd suggest checking APM Music's modern libraries that have "retro sound" CD's to rule out library or not.
