Why do I always get a "403 Forbidden" page when I try to access this page?

I've tried it with and without using a proxy server.  I' adding an https:// prefix.

Because you might be behind a VPN and its IP must have been banned,

As I said, it doesn't matter if try it behind my VPN or not.  Same negative result.  Even trying a different IP (with no VPN is use) fails.

Can't now even reach https://www.zippyshare.com/. Now tried to download other files from ZippyShare - 403 forbidden!!

Never had a problem like this before with Zippyshare.  That's a bummer.  Perhaps it's a UK thing?

PS.  Just googled this.  Wiki says that Zippyshare has indeed just this month been banned in the UK.  No reason given other than "Mistake".  Perhaps it's a temporary thing.

Still, I can't understand why my VPN doesn't circumvent this.

OK, I finally managed to access this file using my VPN, but only by persistent brute force!  Whew!

I think some (if not all?) ISPs in the UK have blocked the zippy domain. It's now on the slowly increasing list of sites you're not allowed to access. Any VPN should be able to get around this though.

Thank you very much Mucrim for some more missing CAM...a very nice trip with Zanagoria for sure and some mysterious Fiction sounds from Liberati...Lovely!
