I'm looking for records that were used by the BBC here in the UK to compile music tapes to cover periods of TV where there were no programmes. Usually these periods were filled by a test card or teletext pages... known as Ceefax. Many of those one-hour tapes have now been recreated in full, however some are still proving difficult to complete. I'm hoping someone here might have some info, or better still, some lossless/wav vinyl rips that can be shared. One LP I know we still need to locate is Instrumental-Palette, which is Elite Special LP No. XZLP 5135. Here is the entry for it on Discogs: https://www.discogs.com/Various-Instrumental-Palette/release/4297139
Is anyone familiar with this LP? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! :D

I am, but It's the only library LP I have ever heard from Elite Special.
No lossless rip unfortunately, but here's an mp3 rip if you'd like to give it a listen:

Thanks for the upload Mr.
I wonder what other LPs contained non-commercial recordings by the Frank Chacksfield Orchestra.

I'm not completely sure, but have heard this is also a library LP:
Earl - EL 76066 - Frank Chacksfield and His Orchestra Vol. 2
