December 13th!
Today's LP comes courtesy of the wonderful a8detective, and features not thirteen, but six strings... all being put to good use, of course!
The record comes from the highly regarded (and equally highly priced!) SR Records label, featuring various guitar works written and probably also performed by the very competent Italian guitarists Bruno Battisti D'Amario and Mario Gangi ("Fidenzi"), very competently mixing technical proficiency and great-sounding compositions.
Enjoy! :)

In my earlier days I studied classical guitar up to the university...I can tell you that this is candy to my ears and a reason to take my guitar and improvise a bit... ::)
Thanks for sharing another fine share A8...and again Mr for your great Advent curating job!

Thank you A8 and Mr.

I love the SR label and almost all the works by Bruno Battisti D'Amario.
And this is such an enchanting record. Thanks a lot, A8 and Mr.

Mister, about the links in your series: are these new uploads, or reups?
I ask because of all the uploads I've seen in your series thus far, they're all new to me. Every one of them.
And I keep thinking to myself, "What are the odds of every last one of these uploads being new to me?"
Have I really been out of the loop this much?
I"ll take my answer off the air. Thanks ;D
Thanks also to a8detective for another stellar-ly immaculate rip.

They sure are, all new! That's part of the fun :D

Thanks for solving that mystery. I thought I'd pulled a Rip Van Winkle and missed the past year or so. ;)
