It's December 9th, and we've already reached the second advent Sunday. Time sure flies these days!
Today's record was one I hadn't even heard of before roope suddenly found a copy and ripped it - a rare German-released record of works under the British C. Brull Ltd. featuring wonderful synth pieces by American Sam Spence. How's that for an international offering?
I must say, the record is nothing short of brilliant, sucking you in from the first spy-fi-esque opening cue "Wie ein Blitz", with twangy guitar, strings, brass; the works! The record then moves into some great-sounding early synth works, one of which is even water-themed(!). Throw some Bach and Wagner arrangements in the mix as well, and you have a lovely soundtrack for this second Sunday -
does it get better? Well, yeah! It's in FLAC too! :D
Enjoy!

Thank you.
This one's an exciting new find!

Kuckuck is a well known label for those who love the German rock of the seventies, but I didn't know there was a library album in the catalogue.
And what an album. How many great tracks, Water World is my favourite one.
Thanks a million, Roope and Mr, for sharing such a beautiful rarity.

Beautiful. Thank you Mr Roope.
I'm sure this is a grower for me.

Cool, thanks a lot Roope and Mr.

This sounds exactly like what I'm into right now. Thanks, roope!

Really like this one Roope! Great Synthi Time album...:)...

Fantastisch retro-groover! Thanks for this charming little gem, Mr.!!

Thanks for this gem Roope and Mr. Will be keeping my eyes peeled for synthy Spence in the future for sure :)

This is an interesting and unique find. I'm always surprised at the places these old Library vinyls will show up.
Like so many musical messages in bottles, launched mainly from Europe or North America, and who knows where or when these various records and labels will surface? What an odyssey!
Thanks again, Mister Roope :)

Can someone re-upload this please ?
Thanks in advance.

As requested, your reup.
But before you download, I must confess: This isn't exactly the original Roope/Mister upload. I went ahead and tagged the rip the way I prefer and I aplogize in advance if that rankles those who prefer the rips in "as is" condition.
After tagging, I released the original download. Sometimes I just go crazy like that. Now you know.
