Obviously, most Library and Soundtrack music is instrumental, but I've taken particular interest in a few tracks, especially with Italian singers on vocal. The following are some of my favorites.
I'd be interested to learn some new greats if anyone else can add some of their favorites to the list.
Che Vuole Questa Musica Stasera from Armando Travajoli's Profuma Di Donna (vocal: Peppino Gagliardi)
A Pistol for Ringo from Ennio Morricone's ost A Pistol for Ringo (vocal: Maurizio Graf)
Sexy World by Armando Sciascia (vocal: Patricia Márquez)
The Liquidator from Lalo Schifrin's The Liquidator (vocal Shirley Bassey)
A Casa d'Irene by Nico Fidenco (I don't know whether this is from a soundtrack, but I love this song)

Well, one of my favorite library vocals (not wordless) is John Stokes, "Love in the City" (KPM 1135)
I just love the vibe of this tune.

I think I have a list like this somewhere.
That Maurizio Graf one is definitely on there, as well as Luis Bacalov's original "Django" sung by Berto Fia. I'm a big fan of Don Powell, too. He has a lot of these.

"«Femina ridens» Song" (Cipriani-De Mutiis-Schivazappa) - Olympia, Orchestra Cipriani, Coro "I Cantori Moderni" di Alessandroni

The Lovely Annie Girardot in Erotissimo (1968) La Femme Faux-Cils
Ann Margaret in Rebus (1969) Take A Chance
Mission Stardust (1967) - "Seli" Composed by Marcello Giombini
Moon Zero Two (1969) Sung by the supremely talented Julie Driscoll and composed by Don Ellis
Dr. Phibes Rises Again (1972) Vulnavias Theme - John Gale (Of The Studio G Label). Such pity this is so short at 2:10 and was never expanded to a 5+ minute piece.

Okay, so we're going in this direction. Got it...
"Days of Sin and Nights of Nymphomania" (1963). Theme sung by Juliette LeBlanc
